George Hayes is an experienced and trusted recruitment leader with a focus on the European legal market where his track record speaks volumes of his dedication and ever-expanding network. George is committed to raising the standards within the industry and his clients appreciate his honest and results-driven approach. Prior to founding GLK Search, George was co-founder at a growth-focused Search brand, which he successfully exited in 2023.
Outside of his professional life, George enjoys spending time with his young family, dining at the fantastic restaurants London has to offer and exercising. He is a keen golfer, football fan and once ran a marathon in 3 hours 35 minutes (although some years ago now!)
